Counselling facilitates beneficial change and is useful in aiding recovery from many issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and grief.
I offer online sessions via Zoom/WhatsApp or by telephone. As a sole practitioner, I can offer total confidentiality and working remotely whether online or by telephone helps you to be in your own most convenient, comfortable and confidential space. This will take away the worry about a difficult journey home or that someone may notice that you are attending a session or overhear what you have been saying.
